1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "s444" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at s444.im, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, account management systems, and support channels.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered a valid account on the s444 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personalised, password-protected user account created by a Player upon completing the s444 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held within a Player's s444 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded by s444 under a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on any product available through the s444 platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address verification, required by s444 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with s444, by accessing any part of the s444 platform, or by placing any wager through s444.im, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance creates a binding legal agreement between you and s444.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any sport-specific betting rules, game-specific rules, or promotion-specific terms that may be published separately on the s444 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

s444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the s444 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to maintain a valid s444 account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person in connection with your s444 account or any wager placed through it.
• You have not previously had an s444 account suspended, closed, or terminated for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• The funds you deposit into your s444 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You access the s444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not as part of any professional gambling strategy or commercial operation.

s444 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by s444 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of s444 services, you are required to complete the account registration process at s444.im. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address and mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the s444 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. s444 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account behaviour, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with balances subject to review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. s444 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you and will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep those credentials secure.

You must promptly notify s444 by email at [email protected] if you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your password has been compromised. s444 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the s444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). s444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to participating banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your s444 account balance within minutes of a confirmed mobile money transaction. s444 does not accept deposits via third-party accounts — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must have met their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name, where applicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• s444 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of the account.
• s444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where unusual activity has been detected on the account.

s444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. s444 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

s444 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to registered Players. The availability, amount, and terms of each promotion are determined solely by s444 and may vary by promotion period, eligible games, and Player account status.

The following general conditions apply to all s444 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the required period will be forfeited automatically.
• s444 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to cancel a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice if s444 determines that abuse, technical error, or other exceptional circumstances warrant such action.
• Bonus funds are subject to maximum bet restrictions while a wagering requirement is active. Bets placed in excess of the maximum bonus bet limit may be voided at s444's discretion.
• Where both real-money and bonus funds are present in an account, real-money funds will be used for wagers first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Players who, in s444's sole judgment, engage in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk wagers to convert bonus funds, exploiting errors in promotion logic, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on s444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the s444 sportsbook interface. In addition to those sport-specific rules, the following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by s444, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or retracted by the Player under any circumstances.
• s444 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market where a technical error in the odds, a data feed failure, or a manifest pricing error has resulted in odds that do not reflect the genuine market probability.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, s444 will apply the void and settlement rules applicable to that specific sport as published in the s444 sportsbook rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and data feed availability. s444 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live betting markets and is not liable for any loss of opportunity caused by temporary suspension of in-play markets.
• s444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market, bet type, or player account at any time without prior notice.
• Any bet placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selection of team, market, or stake amount, is the sole responsibility of the Player. s444 is not obligated to cancel or amend bets placed in error.

8 Casino Games

The s444 casino section offers a range of games including slots, live dealer table games, fishing games, crash games, and other interactive gaming products supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All casino games available on s444 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology, or in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation mechanisms supervised by trained live dealers.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is determined by the game provider and is published within the individual game information panel. s444 does not modify the RTP of any game supplied by its providers. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s444 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during the registration process or during any KYC verification procedure.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or any other non-human interaction tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or access account functions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, including attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which a bet has been placed, or placing bets with knowledge of a fixed outcome.

• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors to place wagers at incorrect odds or to generate artificial winnings.

• Conducting or facilitating any unauthorised commercial operation, including operating as an agent accepting bets on behalf of third parties through an s444 account.

10 Responsible Gaming

s444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders to notify them of the duration of their active gaming session at intervals of their choosing.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the s444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of s444 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the s444 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of s444.

The s444 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the proprietary trademarks of s444. Unauthorised use of any s444 trademark, including in connection with any competing service, social media account, or promotional material, is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s444 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the s444 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by:

• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the s444 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside s444's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected by s444 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays, errors, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank.
• Decisions made by s444 in the reasonable exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including the voiding of bets, the closure of accounts, or the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit s444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. s444's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall in no event exceed the total sum of real-money deposits made by that Player to their s444 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

s444 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account with s444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

s444 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect the transmission of personal and financial data between your device and the s444 platform. Account credentials are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. s444 does not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to fulfil payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

s444 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the updated document. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the s444 platform and, if you wish, request the withdrawal of your remaining balance before the effective date of the revision. Continued use of the s444 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which s444 is incorporated and operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and s444 relating to your account, a wager, a payment, or any other matter connected with your use of the s444 platform, you should first contact s444's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. s444 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within seven business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the s444 customer support process, the parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
